The Scheduler produces dozens of reports. Each report has a number of user-defined options that you use to tell the Scheduler how you want the report generated. All the detail reports show detailed scheduling assignments, whereas the summary level reports just show aggregate scheduled hours.

The report sorts work assignments by employee, and for each employee, by scheduled start date. Each work week is sub-totaled, and for each employee, the report is also sub-totaled showing the total hours they’ve been assigned.

Work Order Details sorted by Date then Department |

For each work order, the report is organized by work week. Within a given work week, the report is organized by department so you see for a given work week, all of the departments the work order flows through, as well as, the employee, scheduled start and finish date/time that work has been scheduled against a given work order / department.
